I had such a great experience at Beauty Hub Chermside! I booked in for a lash lift and tint plus a brow and upper lip wax. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful — especially as my eyes are very sensitive and tend to tear up when being touched. They were patient, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The results are fantastic — my lashes look amazing and my brows are perfectly shaped. I really appreciated the care and attention to detail. Highly recommend this lovely team!

Super friendly service with the most lovely welcoming ladies for my first visit. Mel made me feel comfortable and was easy to talk to. Just a simple wax this visit however a better finish than I've had elsewhere.

Amazing eyebrows and lashes! Elicher went to the trouble of getting me a heat pad to help with my back pain to make me feel more comfortable. The care and attention to detail sets Lash Libra so very far apart from any other lash tech. Always an amazing experience! Thank you so much x

Elha was very professional. She explained to me that she would not wax or thin my eyebrows even more because the previous brow salon I went to botched them. So she told me that she would shape them and let them grow for a bit. She advised me to use a serum. She didn't tweeze a lot of hair, so I don't know if it was worth $40. But yeah, I'll come back and see how my eyebrows go again.

I had a great experience! I previously had my eyebrows threaded and the last time was shocking! I researched and found this place. Wow it was amazing. Very professional staff and environment. They do tweezing and wax, I wanted tweezing and it was way less painful and irritating than threading. Mitra is great at eyebrows shaping and tweezing. I also have done my lash lift with her, she is great at it as well.

Caitlin is always very professional with her waxing, but also a pleasure to deal with. Her personality makes you feel at ease regardless of which service you have chosen.

I have been going to Jacqueline for a while now. I can confidently say that I have left the appointment happy every time! This is amazing, considering I've never truly been happy with my lashes done by other people before going to Jacqueline. I always get heaps of compliments! She makes sure I am comfortable the entire time and I have never experienced pain. Also a bonus, I got my brows waxed & shaped by Jacqueline for the first time a couple of weeks ago and she did the best and most thorough job I have ever had! 💕

Caity was so lovely and did a terrific job! Very happy with the result of my eyebrow wax. The Deep Release massage was incredibly relaxing and I appreciated the care and attention I received during this visit. I will definitely be back.
