Tracy provided excellent service. We addressed a couple problem areas in the shoulders and legs. Left the yoga massage feeling relaxed and my wellbeing improved.

I am not someone used to being massaged or being touched so much (and I am ticklish) so it is still new to me but was fascinating to realise my body's autopilot reaction, whereby my muscles didn't relax when Tracy instructed me, even though I trust her and I thought I was relaxed ! However, it was an incredibly relaxing experience and also helped with my stiffness and tension. I should not be surprised because I know Tracy knows what she is doing but I am slowly getting better at letting go and doing what I'm told by someone who knows what they're doing and does it incredibly competently.

I don't know why I am still surprised but every time I finish a session with Tracy I feel so calm, grounded, peaceful and present compared to when I walked in and irrespective of how I was feeling when I walked in. Yesterday was no exception and indeed left me in such a deep state of peace and presence I felt nothing could shake me from it. The deepest I have felt so far. I am eternally grateful for the impact Tracy has on my life and well being.

The profesional way Tanya showed me how to do my make up and explained everything! I loved the end result! She is an excellent ambassador for Kryolan.! Unfortunately I could not get most of the products I wanted because everything seemed to be sold out. The main reason for my visit was to find a new foundation and there was none to buy as was the concealer and a few other products. As Tanya was the only person in the shop she had to help quite a few customers which made my appointment run much longer than anticipated. The only reason I would ever go back to Kryolean is because of Tanya!
