Good day. This was my first time getting mu brows done. I had a combination of hair stroke and power shading done. Tamlyn Gertzen is excellent professional ,and so friendly. The level of commitment is astounding.. I was so pleased as well as impressed with how well she knew her industry. She answers all of my questions and made me feel comfortable, and walked me through the entire process which I appreciated. She is a gem and I enjoyed my treatment with her .. the end result of my brow treatment is gorgeous ,she understands and consideration my ever concern. I definitely recommend her

Shańe and Kimmie are incredible! I went for a lash lift and eyebrow tint, as well as nails and couldn’t be happier with the services, and both of these ladies were so wonderful, warm and friendly! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Shańe even managed to squeeze my mom in this week for nails and she is over the moon with how they turned out.

Chido was great as always, friendly professional and amazing. Didn't have the colour I wanted - so a bit disappointed and the new chairs are a little hard compared to the other chairs.

My skin feels rejuvenated, plump, and has a natural glow I haven't seen in months. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. The salon itself is beautifully decorated and very clean and calm. I would highly recommend giving them a try!

Her professionalism, knowledge, and precision put me at ease, while her warm personality made it feel like visiting a friend. Very good facial however a little disappointed because when I arrived I asked for my eyebrows to be shaped but was told that the therapist who was doing my facial was not trained to do waxing. There was no consideration, no plan made to perhaps ask another therapist to do the waxing whilst the other therapist continued with my foot massage etc. I'm certain a little bit of thinking outside of the box could have resolved this. In addition, please can I ask that a lamp be used in the room as it is hard to relax with such a bright light overhead.
