Arina was really great - very nice. She takes such care in the work and also has soft hands. I can’t complain. My only thing is on me; I chose a light sparkly purple and it’s a Nice spring color- it’s just more sheer than I thought it would be in natural light. Oh well - next time I’ll pick a darker color. Arina is still wonderful and I’d have her do them again!

I have done microneedling, IPL for sun damage and broken capillaries, and she also tints my brows and lashes. My skin looks youthful vibrant and natural. Felicia is smart, sweet, and super talented. She is so attentive and knowledgeable. She truly loves what she does. I will never go to anyone else but her.

Friendly staff and consistent. This is my third visit and so far I have been pleased. I don't do anything fancy- just solid color shellac gel manis and pedis. I was going somewhere else in Ballard and the service went downhill to where the techs were aggressive and damaged my cuticles (fingers and toes on separate occasions) to where I bled. Glad to have switched over to White Lotus. Will continue to return for their services. Thank you!

A great experience! I went here with my mom and the technicians were so thoughtful. They asked whether we liked the shape and color before continuing. Even redoing my mom’s nails when she realized she didn’t like the color. Definitely come here, they really want you to leave happy.
