Saiana is always through and exact. Her work is meticulous! Her sets last 4+ weeks, though I wish I could visit her more often as I know each time will be a success. Sad to see her leave but excited to check out the other specialists!

This was my first time with Saiana and she has the most gentle hands, it almost felt like therapy! We had a mini consultation right before starting and I showed her pictures of what I want and recommended something that perfectly took what I wanted and applied them to my eye shape and eyelash density. The final results are amazing. I did have to have my old wet removed so the appointment was a bit longer than usual. Gelena is good and I’ve seen her growth. She is very particular and I felt her sense of wanting to ensure every lash was perfect! Also LOVE the new studio.

Baira at Brow and Lash Up Bay Ridge was amazing—professional, attentive, and never rushed me into making a decision. Her tools came fresh out of sanitized packaging, and the salon was clean, organized, and smelled incredible. She really listened to what I wanted, made sure I was comfortable, and even offered me a blanket when I was a little cold. She took her time, and my lashes came out absolutely gorgeous. I’ll definitely be rebooking!
