What a treat it is to come get my haircut and spend time with the lovely ladies at Crissel New York! Crissel is not only a phenomenal hairdresser but also kind, thoughtful, and funny. I always have such a great time chatting with her and her awesome crew (namely Rosie and Susie). Crissel always makes me look and feel fabulous... and at a great price. Even after moving away from the neighborhood, I still maker the trek back because I know I can rely on Crissel to make me look my best (and give me a few good laughs). Highly recommend this wonderful salon!

Absolutely Obsessed! I had my eyebrows shaped and tinted, along with a full set of eyelash extensions—and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My brows have never looked more defined or natural, and the tint gave them the perfect pop without being too bold. As for the lashes—flawless! They’re lightweight and give my eyes that soft glam look I was going for. The whole experience was super relaxing, clean, and professional. Mia and Nikole are amazing. i’ve been doing my eyelashes with Nikole ❤️ for years and she’s never disappointed me. I decided to try out getting my eyebrows done and I definitely was satisfied. I was told by so many different eyebrow places that they can’t perfect my shape and she was the first person to actually give me what I want and I was so happy at the end.

Baira at Brow and Lash Up Bay Ridge was amazing—professional, attentive, and never rushed me into making a decision. Her tools came fresh out of sanitized packaging, and the salon was clean, organized, and smelled incredible. She really listened to what I wanted, made sure I was comfortable, and even offered me a blanket when I was a little cold. She took her time, and my lashes came out absolutely gorgeous. I’ll definitely be rebooking!

Everyone was so kind! I can definitely tell that this salon is a community with how friendly everyone is, and Rosey was awesome to have to cut my hair!
