I received a beautiful full set gelX manicure, Russian pedicure, brow lamination with tint and wax and an upper lip wax as well. My hair looks perfect and, once again, I was so happy with both of my services! I had a full root color service along with the shampoo and blow-dry./style. A special thanks to Kristen, the proprietor, who, despite my last minute request to add a color treatment, found a way to make it work regardless of her crammed schedule. Megan pinch hit for my blow-dry, and it looks gorgeous! She made sure to ask how I like it to be styled, especially my unruly bangs! As usual, Blare, the front desk genius, took care of the extra hospitality just as he does with all of the clients! The friendliest!

This place is one of the BEST hidden gems in LA!!! The owner is amazing. The color line they use is so healthy. I’m Asian and have typically hard hair to lift blonde. James was impeccable and got me to a level 10+ without damaging my hair AT ALL. He is the only person I trust now. I’m a hairstylist as well so that’s the biggest compliment. James did a very thorough consultation, understands your vision completely, and makes you feel just at home. I would highly recommend him any day! 10 out of 10!

This is my second time going. First time I just got their brow lamination package that included wax and tint. Loved the serenity and customer care they had. Just had to come back for my brown lamination package but I also felt so warm and taken care of that I tried their spa package as well. First time getting my toes down and let me tell you it was amazing I was so relaxed! Will be getting my toes done from now on! I also added last minute an eyelash lift and they were very accommodating. Left feeling great while having no makeup on. 10/10 will be back!
