I absolutely love it, Erica totally nailed the ashy brown color I was looking for. I also got a lash lift for the first time, and actually fell asleep a couple times👀💤 I will say it can get a bit chilly, so bring a jacket!! They were so helpful throughout the entire process and answered all my questions

She was so calm and welcoming, I really appreciated her kindness and checking on me during the appointment to make sure I was comfortable. My results came out better than imagining. My mother in law only went to Great Clips, and other chain (I say this loosely) salons. She didn't think it was necessary to have a regular stylist that you get to know, and that gets to know you and your hair was important-until she met Tracy and had her do her hair a couple times. She is a true believer now, and will not let anyone else touch her hair! Tracy is a magician, understanding what is best for your hair, and bringing out the best in your hair.

I've been going to Tracy for years, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. I have very fine, thin hair, and in the past other stylists either damaged it or left me with color that turned brassy or red.
