Alyah was very professional and absolutely did herself proud! These are one of the best set of nails 💅 I've ever had. She really concentrated and I could just tell that she wanted to make them 💯 perfect, every step of the way! Always pleased with the results, nothing is never to much trouble, had the works today starting with nails, then toenails, then eyebrow tint and lash lift, last but not least sunbed. And had a laugh and never felt as if I was bored, would not go anywhere else.

All the ladies in the Spa are wonderful, Amy, Zoe and Trish are my angels. The only negative point is the hedge along the Ramsgate road which needs regular cutting back, I’m surprised no one hasn’t had their face cut as there are sharp twigs, I have reported this to reception but so far nothing has been done

Alexandra always does my gels with builder gel beautifully and they last for ages, well over 5 weeks, and they’d go for longer than that if I didn’t need them redoing. I’ve also had pedicures, waxing, brow and lash tinting and lash perms and lifts. My last lash lift lasted so long, I think I got it done in mid September and they still looked amazing in December - although it does matter how well you take care of them and where you are in the growth cycle. She’s got years of experience and is very confident, kind, and understanding. Her beauty room is gorgeous, and bed/ equipment all fantastic.

Brazilian Blow dry has blown me away! No exaggerating ! As someone who has naturally curly/wavy hair.. it has been a daily upset to keep leaving the house spending time doing my hair , to within an hour or 2 , frizz is back and hair grabs any dampness or humidity . It's embarrassing !Hair needed to be straightened twice in the day often. Brazilian Blowdry has transformed my hair ! It's a miracle ! Not only is my hair staying straight , it's glossy and feels longer ! I don't recognise myself. Youve transformed my hair in colour, condition and now texture. Thankyou for changing my life !

I was very happy with the results of my brow wax.

Always good, Emma helped to match a colour I bought in with me today.

She is great and professional, but I have been coming for years, and the previous beautician running late, which you would think shouldn't be an issue as more than 1 room. But , only 1 wax pot! Also in that room for at least 2 years light on wall STILL not repaired, to check brows in as light in room not great. It is a bit poor for this establishment And waxing is not cheap, so please sort this out as lets it down although staff great
