The massage was incredibly relaxing and professional — she really listened to what I needed and made me feel completely at ease. My eyebrows look perfect too, shaped and tinted exactly how I wanted. I had my first eyebrow lamination today with Kirsty. I was a little nervous beforehand as I wasn’t sure what to expect -but Kirsty was so lovely and friendly, and instantly put me at ease with her knowledge and professionalism. She talked me through the whole process and made sure I felt comfortable. I’m so pleased with how my brows turned out. I’ll definitely be back!
