First visit to see Ellie for a lash lift and brow wax and tint, from the start Ellie was lovely and very easy to get along with. I’m very happy with the results, I’ve had lash lifts before at previous places but never been so happy with them than what I was with Ellie, it genuinely looks like I have classic extensions on. As for my eyebrows, they were uneven and sparse, they look so much better now, Ellie asked if I was happy with them and if there was anything I’d like to change. I would 100% recommend Ellie West Beauty, lovely girl, amazing results and clean salon!xx

Carley is great, I was informed every step of the way. She carefully mapped my brows out ensuring I was happy with the shape, fullness and discussed the colour I wanted to achieve. Her studio is absolutely lovely, calm and inviting! I am so happy with how my brows have turned out, I absolutely love them!

I was quite nervous above laser removal on my brows but Carly was more than helpful and put me at ease. She explained the process fully and said if I needed to take a break I could. She gave me lots of aftercare advice and made me feel really comfortable. If you’re nervous about brow removal please don’t be!!!

I can't recommend Carly enough. She is friendly, welcoming and with a skill of putting you at ease. Every step of the process was explained so well with me having control over the look and colour of my brows during the process. The end result is amazing....so much better than how I had imagined. Sam is the owner of the salon and she is always very professional and friendly making the whole experience a relaxing and enjoyable one. Today I have had gel overlays + removal of existing gel. I would recommend having the gel professionally removed as it guarantees no damage to the nail which can happen if you try to do it yourself. I also had defined brows (hybrid) which I am extremely pleased with.
