My experience was good staff friendly although I was disappointed at the stylist wanting to charge extra money for the nano going over the mls, she explained to me afterwards how it works and did not charge. I was not aware that each length had a certain amount only. The ad said any length so that was surprising to me then another thing was when I said that I prefer a curl when flat ironing my hair she charged me extra for that however at other salons I am not charged extra so that was another surprise to me as I was not expecting that. The general experience was good and I would go back.

What a great find! Jessica did my nails on Friday and they are the best I've ever had! Then on Saturday, Michaela and Nichole fixed my hair in the most dramatic way - for the first time in my life, I have manageable hair after the Nano treatment! Colour and cut is also amazing! The vibe in the salon is just great - everyone is happy and friendly, and Nichole is a super-invested hands-on owner! Thank you ladies! 🤩

I had Jessica as my nail tech. She has such attention to detail and has such a steady hand! I probably have the most beautiful french tip I've ever had! Sp precise. I also find all the ladies working there are so kind, chatty and make you feel so comfortable! I am recommending Glam and Glow to all my friends.

The Glam and Glow Team are The Modern day Power Puff Girls! The professionalism is one for the books. I had anxiety with change 🙃 for when the Stylist Jaimie goes on maternity leave but oh my goodness...The dynamite within Sherry is Amazing 👏 🤩 I love each time she does my hair. Lets not forget Kerri the Queen at the basin...super sweet and just gives a glorious head massager and super clean hair ready for the Stylist. Nicole and her team are on 🔥!!! My sessions with Izzy have come to an end. I was pleasantly surprised to see the difference the treatments have made when comparing before and after photographs. The RF sessions significantly improved the appearance of the 12 year old stretch marks on my abdomen from pregnancy. They are noticeably tighter, less indented and don’t look as white/silvery. My skin laxity has also improved considerably. I had EMS sessions to help switch on my ‘lazy’ upper glutes. I’ve definitely felt the difference in the way my glutes are engaging and noticed a very unexpected improvement in my posture.

Lovely little spot with friendly, fun staff. My daughter wanted to get her nails done and had a pretty difficult inspo pic, the nail tech did an amazing job and my daughter is super happy. Will definitely be back.

My 12 year old son, Zac, tagged along to my appointment today. Izzy was so accomodating of him with her consistently open, warm, friendly and caring attitude. When we jumped in the car to leave, Zac commented that he felt Izzy was a ‘200 out of 10’ when it comes to kindness 😍.
