I, unfortunately, am one of those people who have sensitive skin where the ink doesn't like to settle, but Theresa had me come back in multiple times at no charge to make sure I had the results I wanted! I can always trust Theresa with all of my beauty needs! I’ve been getting my hair done by Theresa for years, but this was my first time getting ombré powder brows done, and she made my experience so comfortable. I love how much effort she put into making sure my brows were drawn perfectly before committing to the ink. From the moment I stepped into the building to when I got on the chair to get my haircut, Theresa was super friendly, professional, and was super communicative. I really liked how easy it was to book and how her form specified beforehand how I want our session to go (ex: sociable session, quiet, etc). I absolutely loved the experience. Her price is reasonable with everything that I got done today. I've always had "ok" haircuts but this was AMAZING. I totally cried from happiness Internally when she was done haha. I definitely recommend her and will be coming back and referring friends and fam.
