Appointment was at 9.30 had to wait for wax to heat up; so 20 minute appointment was actually 40 minute. Not great when had planned for the 20 but cant fault the therapist who was doing the waxing.

Cannot express how amazing my experience was today. Great results and extremely friendly staff. Highly recommend!
