Natalie is a natural at this job. She’s calm, informative and makes you feel at ease. I had the semi permanent brows done with her and Natalie was extremely patient with me as I felt nervous about the process but after seeing the results I shouldn’t have been. Would highly recommend Natalie x

Natalie, didnt disappoint. We discussed the WHY. Why I couldnt have micro blading and the consequences if Natalie had not undertaken a risk assessment. We then discussed alternatives which would give the same effect. I felt reassured, in safe hands and confident of what Natalie was doing. I didn’t know about her skill sets and talents beforehand. Now I have found her I am sticking to her like glue. Happy with my brows and lash lift. Natalie reminded me of my WHY. Natalie provided a safe, comfortable environment which allowed me to talk openly about what I didn’t like about my brows and how it made me feel. I felt listened to and understood with no judgement. At all times Natalie asked questions to gage what exactly I wanted and at the same time explained the science and ethics about what could or couldnt be done and why. I didn’t feel rushed and immediately knew I had made the right decision to go to Natalie. She wanted to further explore options about my brows as I previously had micro blading. Very relaxing room. I am so happy with my new look. It has made such a difference. My eyebrows and lashes look so natural. I will definitely have them done again.

Today I had henna brows done! I’ve been having this treatment since Sheniece started offering it and I love it! My eyebrows are micro bladed but being able to top up with Henna keeps them looking dark and fresh until my top up! Thank you 💛
