From start to finish, Hayley made me feel completely at ease — she’s clearly very experienced and took the time to explain every step of the process. The treatment was incredibly relaxing and luxurious, leaving my skin feeling refreshed, soft, and glowing. For a first-time experience, I couldn’t have asked for better. Today I had a Lift and Scuplt Facial, as usual it was amazing! Over the years I have had many facials but none as enjoyable as Jo's, the facial massage is superb, which is why I keep going back.

I visited Lola today for a dermaplane facial and eyebrow wax and tint. The whole experience was amazing! My skin looks and feels great and Lola did the impossible with my brows. After years of over plucking they were sparse but Lola worked her magic and I left with actual brows you can see!! Something I never thought would be achievable with just a tint. I will definitely be back xx

I have my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted here every 4 weeks. The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming . They will always listen and give you what you want. The appointment timings are also excellent, I never have to wait
