I came in for the brow and lash package with Ffion. I had all the information including where to park beforehand which was so helpful and Ffion was so welcoming on arrival. We chatted throughout the whole appointment Ffion was warm and friendly and talked me through the process/products she was going to be using. The salon is bright and cosy and the lash bed is so comfortable I was at ease the entire time. I’m so happy with the finished product Ffion made sure I was ok with everything before finishing up and sent me away with aftercare advice and a care package. 100% recommend!

Excellent. Kirsten is absolutely superb. Her nail art is just incredible and she makes amazing suggestions and improves upon any examples you send her. She has examples of Disney and other characters which are just spot on though she asks you request in advance so that she can ensure you book enough time and she can practice in advance. I’ve never had such beautiful names and I highly recommend.

I was a bit anxious this morning about my nail appointment, but as soon as I knocked on Callie's door, I was greeted with a warm, welcoming smile. She chatted with me throughout my appointment, which really helped my anxiety disappear and made me feel completely at ease. I'm absolutely delighted with my nails they look amazing!
