My first visit, after I posted in local community group for recommendations. Sophie was very welcoming, friendly, actively listened, I actually felt heard and was able to adapt the treatment I had initially booked in for. For the first time during the treatment and so far post treatment my skin is not feeling irritated or sensitive and I feel the products are quite light on the skin.
