After lots of research on local nail techs I went to Emma in Jan 24 to see what she could do with my short and bitten nails ready for my wedding in June. She was so helpful, friendly and informative and we spent the following few months building my nails up with BIAB. She also spent that time shaping and tinting my brows. I get married on Saturday and my nails are now beautifully long and strong with a perfect and elegant French manicure. My brows are also perfect and have really opened up my eyes. I really couldn’t recommend Emma enough & I’ve thoroughly enjoyed each visit thank you so much x

Another fantastic ombré manicure by Mel. My nails look perfect. Mel took so much care shaping and completing the colour. Very happy with the results. Thank you and see you again in a few weeks. 🤩

My friend and i really enjoyed our experience at the beauty refinery. It was amazing. The service and costumers care was top notch. I had my body wax done by Pinky and inde, those two lovely ladies were extremely kind and helpful to one another. Their personalities are very bubbly and sweet. I also had a full face wax/threaded by Deep. She was extremely kind, soo sweet and good at her job. She shaped my eyebrows perfectly. Also met the owner. What a lovely lady. She gave us free chocolate and hand cream after our services for all the pain we had to endure😂 I definitely will be coming again!

Sona was amazing. Listens to your needs and works to perfection checking you are satisfied with the work. Since having my eyebrows mapped, shaped and waxed I had 2 people in less than 5 mins ask where I had them done. Will be visiting you again soon!

Lovely place. Staff are lovely. I forgot the ladies name but she did my eyebrows better than anyone I’ve been to in Leicester.

I got my hair ,lashes and eyebrows done from the guild rooms. They are so good. It was my first time ever getting my lashes done also hair. But they did a amazing job. i felt so comfortable and i will definitely go back for my hair and lashes
