Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

Jade did my eyebrows and lashes for my up coming wedding she’s amazing at her craft, very genuine down to earth. Been visiting Gilded dreams for over a couple of years . Friendly team , the atmosphere is fantastic . Each treatment is performed with professionalism This visit was gel nails and brow wax tint . This is the only salon that gets the colour of tint correct for me and the shape of my brows is always spot on . Thankyou 10/10

Another fabulous treatment from Caroline. Never realise how much tension I am holding until I have facial and after an hour of pampering I feel much more relaxed. Skin feels plump and fabulous and alongside an eyebrow wax and tint, I look much more human! Thank you so much Caroline

A comfortable setting, with a friendly chat. I struggle to get my eyebrows looking even due to a scar but Nicola does such a great job making them look symmetrical. Love my henna brows!

I've had an aromatherapy massage and eye brow wax today. What a lovely experience...I feel so relaxed now, I went for the muscle ease oil which seems to have had a great effect with the massage. As for my eyebrows wax, it genuinely didn't even pinch! I finished my visit by purchasing some lovely handmade soaps, scrubs and lop balm....a lucky lady will receive them as a gift xx
