Emma did my eyebrows and I couldn’t be happier. She is incredibly professional and really takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. Her customer service and care are excellent. The HD Brows treatment was really thorough and personalized, giving my eyebrows a defined, polished look that suited my face perfectly. Ellie was professional and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout. The eyelash lift was equally impressive — my lashes look longer, more curled, and natural without the need for mascara. I had two appointments booked - one with Hannah for BIAB and one with Courtney for brow lamination… I can’t thank the girls enough for such a pleasurable and professional experience, they greeted me with a coffee and made me feel very welcome as always. This is the first time I’ve had Hannah for nails and it won’t be the last, for someone who’s nails are not in great shape she made them look perfect, the colours are very autumnal and beautifully bright and the shape / length are ideal for my line of work, she’s a very talented lady and so sweet… Courtney completely bossed my brows 10/10***

AMAZING! I would rate more than five stars if I could. Emma is brilliant, an expert in her craft, and she made me feel so comfortable during my treatment (hyperrealism brows). My natural brows are very sparse and uneven, growing in completely different directions, so I thought I would be too complicated a case for this treatment. During the first session (in January), Emma spent so much time planning and redrawing to build my perfect shape before working on the brows. Today we had my top-up session, and I am obsessed with the outcome! I'm so, so happy. Thank you, Emma!
