Great experience at The Lounge. Jodie was so easy to chat with, pedicure and Hollywood wax were both fabulous and got me Ibiza ready. If anyone is worried about a wax, definitely try here, it was practically painless.

It’s the first time that I have had my eyebrows tinted. I was nervous beforehand as I didn’t want anything too dark and wanted a more natural look. Annabelle was great and offered me the choice of tone and we could keep it very natural. I love them, I also had a eyelash tint which I am very happy with. Annabelle has always been very professional and friendly and I have appreciated her opinion when making decisions, I will definitely be returning. The new premises are looking great as well.

Jodie was fantastic! It was my first time getting some waxing done and Jodie made the whole experience relaxing which helped me with my nerves. And also was super efficient with painting nails afterwards and did a beautiful job with both treatments. I'll definitely be back again and would recommend ✨

I changed my appointment a few times and they were so accommodating for me, fit me in before my weekend plans, very pleased with my brow wax and tint! Definitely will be back as a regular for these doing!

I must admit I was very nervous before my appointment silly really as Shannon has waxed & tinted my brows for ages & I completely trust her, but having now had Brow lamination & Hybrid tint I absolutely love my brows, if your thinking about it just do it! Shannon explains everything she’s about to do and I was so relaxed having them done I almost fell asleep!! (Until the waxing!) thank you Shannon

The staff are so lovely and accommodating. Brought my grandma today who has MS, the lovely ladies made her feel really welcome. Couldn't have been more lovely to chat to, brought the wax pot up for my grandma who would struggle with the stairs, helped her in and out of the shop too. Really glad we found you, my grandma left feeling beautiful with a smile on her face. My grandma often feels down about her eyebrows but the ladies gave suggestions on how to make them better as well as correcting her nails with a smile on their face when she knocked them. Thanks ladies appreciate you x
