Absolutely brilliant, I had previously had a negative experience previously with my eyebrows at a different salon. I was asked what I liked, given advice and shown throughout the process how my brows looked. When I asked for them to be made a bit finer , there was no problem at all. Again I was checked and shown the process all along. You have a very happy customer. I will definitely be returning. I would also like to mention the lovely atmosphere in the salon, relaxing and calming and nothing is too much trouble

I've been going to Michelle for years for various beauty treatments and I always leave feeling happy and refreshed. She's so easy to have a chat with and her beauty room is very tranquil and is a lovely space to spend time in. I don't trust anyone else with my eyebrows (especially not myself!!) and she's extremely accommodating and so friendly.
