Gabby was lovely and she has very gentle hands. I really appreciate the effort that was put in to getting me an appointment at short notice. Unfortunately when I got home and checked the mirror my eyebrows were uneven in shape and the amount of product used on each brow. I had random hairs that were dyed but should obviously have been removed as they were lower than the brow shape. I did tidy them up myself with some tweezers but tbh it was a little disappointing.

I feel so comfortable going to Arcadia Hair. Taleah is very knowledgeable and professional when it comes to Brow Work. I had my Brows done for 1st time In Feb whilst down on Holidays, I was terrified of what would happen but she put me at ease. i showed her a picture of what I wanted and she agreed it would be good, and It was. Recently moved to the area and found my new go to beauty spot. Fran was warm, professional and a true perfectionist. She confirmed the time clearly (QLD/NSW border can be tricky) and sent a video to help find the building. The room was spotless and relaxing, and the brow lamination, lash lift and tint were flawless. The aftercare was the best I have ever received, thorough, thoughtful and easy to follow. My stylist, Lisa, performed an actual miracle on my hair today. I waltzed in with a self-cut fringe, 9-months of split-ends and putting hairspray on wet hair (apparently you’re not meant to do that), and very high hopes… and by god did she deliver. I feel five stars worth of stoked after this appointment, and recommend Lisa for anyone who wishes to feel the same.
