Long session of electrolysis today! Grateful to say I don’t look like a billy goat 🐐 anymore! Not the most luxurious of treatments, but I felt quite comfortable enough safely in Donna’s magical hands! Great treatment for permanent hair removal and not nearly as painful as repeated waxing or use of an epilator. And Donna really does have the most nimble of hands! ☺️

Absolutely amazing service. I would recommend to anyone who has facial hair that is annoying them. I used to pluck facial hairs everyday and it was really annoying to keep on top of. Now I don't even have to worry about it and I wish I had done it sooner!

I have had many massages of varying types, and with unabashed honesty, I can’t imagine anyone topping this one! With all tension melted away, I literally had my sandals fall off at one point! Under masterfully woven amounts of pressure, technique, and dexterity applied by my masseuse, I struggled to not slide away myself, but my legs and feet relaxed so much that they flopped sideways, and my sandals just dropped off! I remain amazed I was able to stay awake; an accomplishment I can only attribute to my resolve to not fall off the chair and embarrass myself.

Donna is a consummate professional. She is welcoming, friendly and has a way of putting her clients at ease immediately. I have been going to her for around a year now, having never had a bikini line/Brazilian wax done professionally before. Any feelings of awkwardness disappeared quickly, and we were so busy chatting that I didn't really notice what was going on 'down below'! She always does a fabulous job, her treatment room is warm and cosy and, on top of that, there is a fabulous cafe below!
