After having had a painful navel piercing experience many years ago I thought I was gonna be in a lot of pain especially because I was piercing my navel again. I felt absolutely nothing compared to the first time. The place was extremely clean and professional. My piercing was sterilized prior to being inserted into my skin and they took their time with me. Greatly appreciated would absolutely recommend to anyone! Thank you all!

Very professional and friendly, the piercing was fast and the piercer explained everything along the way. I wasn't allowed to use my own earrings but that was a minor issue after the amazing service I received. Would definitely recommend and return myself in the future.

For their costumer service, professionalism, and service they deserve a 5/5. The service and jewelry are a bit expensive but it’s definitely worth the money, they have cute selections and styles. I got my helix and flat done by Paul. He was amazing. He walked me through what was going to happen and made me very comfortable. The receptionist even guided me the anatomy of my ear to make sure that the piercings were fit for my ear. The piercings didn’t hurt at all and there isn’t any discomfort after either. Definitely would recommend to a family or friend.

I had so much fun getting my Helix Piercing. I was greeted by Steph and Sebastian at the front and the piercing was done by Sebastian. They are super super super super super clean there (think, doctor's office, but with style), and super super super friendly and answered every single question I had. The piercing came out so beautiful with the jewelry they suggested to me. I definitley want to come back for another in the near future. Thank you!

I’m super pleased with my second experience with this studio! My first - septum piercing is gorgeous and was painless. This time I came to do double earlobes and wasn’t set on the third one. I got a great assistance from Paul suggesting me what would fit best for my ear anatomy. I brought my 2 boys, minors, for an earlobe piercing. The person in the front greeted us and showed us the different varieties of earring to my kids and they got to chose their own. As soon as my kids were done choosing, the piercer named Paul made my kids understand the responsibilities of having a piercing and explained throughly on how to care for the piercing. It was very quick and professionally done. And they even do a follow up check up. I’m so glad I chose this place.

This isn't your average piercing shop. Sebastian was great! He was very personable and knowledgeable. He took extra sanitary step that other shops did not do. I had an absolutely amazing experience at true expression! Paul sat down with me before Sebastian took me to get my piercing and gave me a run down of everything including the aftercare. Both piercers answered any questions I had and made sure I was comfortable. Once Sebastian took me into the room he was able to make small talk with me that made me feel super comfortable and talked step by step through every process. The studio was also super clean and I’ve never experienced a studio that asks you to book follow up appoints so it just shows how much they care.

Absolutely phenomenal!! Not only do I love the way my piercings came out and feel completely confident that I know how to care for them, but the people there made all the difference in the world. I went in completely terrified (I’m so scared of needles), and came out perfectly calm. Everyone was so calm and friendly.
