Hannah was really lovely! I booked for luxury pedicure, but forgot to book for gel! So, she did fit me in for a mini pedicure and gel paint! And she did amazing job, even with the mini pedicure my feet feel fresh, and I love the nails! I ve been through chemotherapy, so my nails are not in a good condition but she made them looks fab! Feel confident to wear my sandals again! Booked my next appointment already. :)

Excellent. Curly hair can be tricky and I dread having it cut because I never feel really happy. Ebony listened to everything I said and did exactly what I asked for. She clearly understood curly hair and gave me the best cut and style. She used just the right amount of product and dried it perfectly. For once I didn’t look in the mirror and think “it’ll look fine once I’ve styled it myself”. Really pleased with the result and the service. Thank you, I shall be back!

Fantastic experience yesterday with Adam. Highlights were perfect just how I wanted them. He was very professional, his customer service towards the clients was amazing and he was so polite and well mannered. Nothing was to much trouble. Also a young girl who I believe is an apprentice there was so willing to learn and hung on his every word when he spoke and guided her in the right direction. I will definitely be back for this service with Adam and cannot recommend it highly enough. What a great team member and asset. Many thanks Adam I love it.

AMAZING! I love this place, highly recommend I went in today for a carbon facial, my skin looks glowing and healthy, Helen explains it so clearly and informs you at every step. I get my hair cut there too, Ebony is amazing she has naturally curly hair like me it makes a massive difference on how she cuts my hair and recommended some fab stuff to leave in my hair tonight, thank you ladies. Luvly and mega professional has always, Ebony is such a talented hairdresser, above that thou such warm Patient calm person . Listens with interest to all customers. Despite some of the very obnoxious rude customers. How they spk to hairdressers. My experience is always special calming and really short day out with more a friend, than just hairdresser.
