Sam was fantastic from start to finish. She was so flexible in arranging an appointment, and when we arrived she made us both feel really welcome. I have to say, Su asked what I would like, for once I said whatever you think is best. She knows the complication and how to solve the roots - I have full faith in her expertise . If you have grey hair and want it to look trendy and smart, this lady does it well everytime. I can't praise her enough, or the apprentices under her guidance. (Edited to correct typo)
