I honestly can’t even remember when I’ve had as excellent a haircut as this. Lorena is exceptional. She has great reviews with good reason! I have been going to Pure Synergie for years for treatments but am a first time hair client. I can’t believe I haven’t had my hair done here before. I will definitely return regularly. Working from home, cellulite is a big issue for me. The cavitation package has been miraculous to help with my leg appearance before my holiday. In only 2 sessions I've lost 3 inches throughout, and I still have 2 sessions for optimal results. My therapist for this is Chloe, who is not only exceptionally professional with her knowledge of the services - she is also outstanding with her customer care. Chloe makes each treatment a proper heaven for the senses, especially after work! Highly recommended

I took my 2 weeks old baby for piercing today and I had a good time with Pinky and Sabita. They were so patient, lovely and kind to me and my Baby. I had a very lovely experience. I will recommend this place for piercing your little one but get ready to purchase your earring from them as they do not accept earrings from outside which is a safe policy. Lastly, It’s a neat environment and they are very professional, you can be rest assured that your little one will be in safe hands.

Best experience I’ve ever had in a salon. May heard everything I said and exceed all expectations. Was offered coffee and Prosecco. Came as I was recommended by a friend and was able to fit me in for a friends wedding. Was lovely and felt very pampered. Even had my nail done beautiful. Will definitely go again x

Pinki is an expert in her profession at facials., eyebrows, back facials among others. I’ve been a client of hers for approx 2 years and her services go over and above, I can’t believe I actually fall asleep during treatments. That’s how relaxed your made to feel and importantly I’m quite often told my skin is flawless, most give me an age 10 yrs younger that it is. I follow her expert guidance on skin products and use daily, it’s really made all the difference. Thank you.

Lorena was very attentive and made a lot of effort to give me the haircut and style I wanted. She is clearly very talented and experienced, and I am very pleased with my hair! Would definitely recommend, I will be back!

Lovely experience getting my nails done with Kimchin, they look perfect and she had such good attention to detail. Just a couple of pointers for the salon though, they seem to double book frequently as today a lady was waiting 20 mins for my nails to finish for hers to start. Similarly when I had a haircut previously I was called 5 mins before the appointment to say the hairdresser was occupied with a client. Also, the prices and promotions on the website aren’t clear and don’t always match the invoice. Website says £47 for nails and 30% off new clients, I was given 25% off £50.

Lorraina was great!! Patient, clearly explained and efficient as well. Definitely going to her to get my hair done again soon.
