I went to Flux today for a nose piercing and I was very nervous considering the only other piercing I have is my ears and was done when I was 4 years old. The ladies in there were brilliant and very comforting. They were friendly and funny which made me feel at ease. Gemma done my piercing, absolute pro! She spoke me through it all and was just brilliant as what she does. Thank you again! I'm really happy with it and looking forwards to seeing them again for my check up in a month's time I would highly recommend 👌

We came to Flux this afternoon, with my 11 year old daughter Betty, for her first ear piercing. We chose to have them pierce in tandem ( two piercers at once) to combat any nerves/change of mind. From start to finish the two piercers who looks after us were very professional but friendly, talking through every detail of the procedure from start to finish clearly - my daughter , who had been nervous, found this so comforting. The piercing studio itself was impressively clean , tidy & organised & the choice of studs available were all really good quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!x

I visited the studio as I wasn't able to get my earrings in the piercings I had due to not wearing earrings that much. I was seen very quickly and was pleased to be told the holes were still there. I left with my earrings in and am so pleased with the quick and friendly service I received.

I originally had my nose pierced at Flux 12 years ago. I haven’t had any jewellery in it for the last 4 years so assumed it was closed. I booked to have it re-pierced yesterday with the wonderful Torreya, who first checked to see if the piercing was still open - to our surprise it was! It just needed to be stretched to the jewellery size. Torreya did this in a few seconds, and the team at Flux were kind enough to only charge me for the jewellery change service. If you are considering an ear piercing for a child, these guys are THE BEST. We experienced the consultation, the piercings and follow-up - we had zero issues, all healed perfectly and cleaned as instructed. Such a lovely team and amazing aftercare.
