Ella is so lovely and great with babies. Overall great experience. I wish I could have thanked her afterwards, but she disappeared into the back after I was trying to get some of the excess hair product out of my sons hair with a towel (not her fault, his baby hair is so fine!).

I am, and always am incredibly happy with the customer experience had here. My son got his first hair cut which made my mom heart cry a little and I was nervous and wouldn't stop talking but Kaitlyn was so kind and reassuring and wonderful with my toddler. The princess sparkles after my daughter's bang trim had her elated, and she always enjoys her cuts here. Kaitlyn is also was a wealth of knowledge and we were given some really good direction on how to properly care for our children's hair. All this to say, if you have kids you should bring them here for all your hair cutting needs.

Jordan was very good with my 4 year old. She did the cut, then the braids, and was very patient. We had a bit of a wait when we arrived as there was a mix up in the online scheduler, however, they were super nice and helpful and even offered a glitter tattoo to keep my daughter happy while she waited. They were also super accommodating when my daughter wanted to switch cars before getting the cut done. This is our second time here, and we will return again. I often recommend this location to my friends with kids.

My son has autism and hadn’t had a proper haircut in 5 years. We were warmly greeted by a super nice lady as soon as we came in. She tried to make my son as comfortable as possible. The hairstylist was Abby and gave us excellent service. She explained my son what each machine would do and how it would feel, and she communicated with me about what she would do on my son’s hair. She really tried to make my son comfortable and to be at ease. The haircut was perfect. I’m so grateful that I brought him in because the two ladies that helped us today made my son not scared of haircuts anymore

I've been bringing my challenging daughter since her first hair cut, they were really great at being patient and got her through her first cut now she loves it and we just took my younger daughter in for her first haircut and she did great. I would highly recommend this place especially if you have challenging kids. They even accommodated both my daughters at the same time so they didn't have to wait. The cars are fun and TVs keep them occupied. It's fast and efficient and you even get a little certificate and nice little bag with your kids first lock of hair to take home on their first visit.
