I went to the lip loft for a few appointments prior to my wedding. Robyn was AMAZING!!! I would definitely see her again. I also had a great experience with Kaleigh. I booked an appointment to dermaplane a few days before my wedding and had mild but concerning skin irritation at the time I had showed up for my appointment. Kaleigh was SO honest and suggested we don’t go forward with the facial due to the potential of future irritation on my big day. It is really nice to know that the ladies at The Lip Loft actually care about their customers and not just about the money. Very appreciative! xo

Kaleigh did such an amazing job with my dermaplane and hydrafacial! She listened to my needs and was able to tailor the service to my skin type. I left feeling refreshed and my skin glowing. Will definitely be coming back soon!

Nobody does my hair as well as Lia. The ladies here are the best in their craft. I won't even bother going into Boston or any other city again. The quality in service and true hospitality cannot be replicated. Any other salon I've ever been to anywhere just does not measure up. Thank you ladies for always keeping me looking my best. I leave as a new person every time! I cannot recommend this salon enough. I tell everyone I know to come here. This is the salon to choose. Period!

Ana is the best Esthetician in Boston ! Actually, I have lived in other states and never found an esthetician who could compare to Ana. I call her my face angel :) She has performed peels and super hydrating facials, plus facials that I just needed to de-stress. Her product knowledge and how she watches your skin respond during the facial is over and above what other estheticians I have gone to were able to do. If you want the best; if you want your skin to improve; if you are tired of going to esthetician's who don't make a difference, you need to go to Skin Care by Ana Merino !

Ana is always a joy to visit. My mom and I live overseas and take the opportunity to see her whenever we are in town. She is so kind and goes out of the way to help me with my different skin issues and tailor my routine to something that works for me.
