From the very beginning, during our consultation, she truly took the time to listen to my concerns and carefully assessed my skin. She was incredibly thorough, identifying any issues I might be facing and clearly explaining how she could help resolve them. I felt immediately at ease with her expertise and kindness. Andrea walked me through every step, explaining what she’d be using and how it would benefit my skin.
