My appointment was just for a colour top up for my lips, I asked if I could go more of a natural but due to having a lot of peach in and only a top up appointment Crystal showed me a colour palate, I said similar to that one If you can! I don’t have fillers and at 59 I do t really have lips and I asked her to go above my lip line a few years ago to make my lips appear as if they are there. 2nd top up appointment and omg my lips are what I had wanted, amazing work 👍 perfect in every way to say I had lost all shape. I don’t have. Natural quip-ids brow, Crystal made one I am so happy :))

I am in denial about having watery eyes and I'm never made to feel like a burden or difficult client. Somehow my lashes still always look amazing and I've been taught how to care for them and maintain them so they still look beautiful before my refills. My eyebrows have never looked so good either. I never really knew what to do with them. Now a cheeky brush I'm the morning and they are good to go for the day! Basically this is my little self care treat and I couldn't ever imagine stopping it. My little therapy and beauty session all in one. I would not trust anyone else ever again I'm sure ❤

Kathryn is absolutely incredible – I’ve been coming to this salon for over 20 years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails. Her attention to detail is second to none and my nails always look perfect and last so well between appointments. Over the years she’s got to know exactly what I like, but she also has great ideas when I fancy trying something new. On top of being the best nail tech ever, she’s warm, professional and genuinely caring, and I now consider her a friend as well as my therapist. Every visit is a treat and I always leave feeling looked after and pampered.

Gorgeous clean clinic, dermaplane was straightforward and I have great results so I’m really pleased.

When I say IPL has changed my life, it really has changed my life! I’m a dark haired girl & going on holiday used to stress me out with the thought of shaving rash & spikey legs/bikini even after shaving, it was awful! Recently I went on holiday and I loved it, I was silky smooth like a dolphin, would 1 million % recommend IPL with Lucie! What a dream!!! X

I cannot recommend Mia enough! Her knowledge of skincare is unmatched and she is a true expert in what she . I’ve had both micro needling and dermaplaning with Mia, and the results have been amazing. Mia makes you feel completely at ease and will help find what is best for you . She explains every step of the process and tailors each treatment to suit your skin’s needs. Had a Carbon Laser facial for the first time, as a little treat to myself after the cold winter. Having heard about the range of facial skin issues it can treat, and perhaps quicker than other mediums like microneedling - which can be mildly uncomfortable to bloody painful in places. With the Carbon Laser facial though, there was no pain, just an odd zapping sensation, and a slight burning marches kind-of smell. Fave felt amazingly smooth after, and looked immediately brighter with zero redness or blotchiness. I know though, that the best results are coming in the next few weeks & months. EM
