This was our first time at Dilaani Spa, and we absolutely loved the experience! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the space was spotless and relaxing. The best head spa in Ottawa so far! Sophie used natural products that smell so good specifically for my hair type after examining my scalp on the screen. My scalp and hair feel amazing! scalp, neck & shoulders massages were amazing, technique is on pointe! The hot ginger tea was the cherry on top! Thank you for going above and beyond to make this experience all worth it.

Absolutely obsessed with this spa/salon! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. Tammy is so friendly and really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect! My nails come out flawless ever single time— amazing shape, smooth finish, and the designs are always exactly what I asked for or better! She is super detail-oriented and you can tell she truly cares about her work. I’ve gotten so many compliments! This has been my go-to spot for years now and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Highly recommend if you want beautiful nails and great service.

I do the Let's Just Relax Facial and it's amazing. Products feel silky, her touch is so gentle and calming, and the face + hair massage are a 10/10.
