Sultana was amazing! Took her time and really made sure she did a quality job. Remembered me from my last appointment and was very welcoming and thoughtful throughout the manicure. Sierra is a brow queen! Always leave feeling happy with her services ! The Refinery is a sanctuary in downtown Kingston.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The surroundings could not be more appealing as you look out onto Kingstons city hall and downtown businesses…. Limestone central!

Every time I go to the refinery it immediately reduces any stress levels walking into the clam and welcoming oasis overlooking market square in downtown Kingston. Can’t top the experience they provide!

Sierra was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. She is absolutely professional and amazing at what she does. I received services for a lash lift and tint as well as a brow wax. In the past, at a different establishment I have had negative experiences with lash lifts with the aesthetician being quite aggressive and the results were not as high quality. I can definitely attest that this was the most relaxing experience possible. I look forward to going back to the Refinery for additional services!
