Lovely experience and the host made us feel welcome and at ease. The only one criticism would be the salon wasn’t running on time which meant we were seen quite a bit later than the time booked. I would visit again though as my daughter loved it.

This is my second time having my hair done by Vicky, and as usual she was amazing. Made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She was very attentive to what I wanted done to my hair and did a fantastic job. I absolutely love coming to Rapunzel's as I know I am welcome to come as my authentic neurodivergent and queer self. Girls thoroughly enjoyed their experience. Best place by far for teens and Young Adults Understanding to sensory needs which is a bonus. We will be back for their back to school pamper prep and sensory head spas ☺️

Nice massage. Just a couple of things. On the start it would have been nice to ask what sort of pressure I like. Also I am pretty sure on booking it said 60min massage but was done within 45min. Room it self was nice but the floor could do with a mop.
