It was my first time having a Hollywood wax, and I was a little nervous, but Klara was so lovely and made me feel instantly at ease. I had a lot of growth, so I was expecting quite a bit of discomfort; however, Klara’s extensive experience really shone through. She handled everything with ease, and I felt little to no pain throughout the process. She also checked in with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend Klara. Had the most amazing black canvas facial with Daisy! She was so professional, friendly and made me feel completely at ease. I have a phobia of cats, and as Daisy has two cats, she was incredibly considerate and made sure the door was kept closed throughout, which I really appreciated.
