I’ve been visiting illana at salon no 9 for nearly a year now and I would never go anywhere else!! I started with my lashes and she is always so supportive in what look your after she’s happy to go out of her way to get exactly what your after and she’s such a breath of fresh air to be around! I have recently had fillers in my lips and yet again illana was so caring and professional into how you wanted the finish look to be like. I would highly recommend her in all the different things she can offer! She’s amazing 🤩

I’ve been a long time client of ilana and can honestly say she is the best beauty therapist I’ve been to she explains everything so you have a full understanding of the process and treatment, she also will go above and beyond to make her clients happy as well as beautiful, she will always on time in fact early with heated blanket on and heating for winter and cold day and I love her aftercare treatment bags with everything and more in them including a mini fan to dry your lashes after cleansing!!! And with all these boxes ticked she an amazing woman so lovely and kind hearted! Xxx
