Another fabulous massage from Kayleigh. As warm and friendly as always. This deep tissue massage got in to really work through knots and tension. Kayleigh is always so warm, genuine and friendly too.

As always my experience was very good.

Richard is always very patient and he needs patience with me!

Richard is exactly what I want in a personal trainer. Kind but firm gives clear instructions and takes a real interest in you personally and your journey. I would highly recommend him.

Like the simple things in the routine, and for me it is better to concentrate on the exercise rather than the number of exercises in the routine. It is the rhythm I find helps the routine to be effectively smooth.

Great, as ever. The routine is always fresh and adjusts to how we are on the particular morning. All good and feeling energised for the Easter fun !!!

Very good , for someone who as not done any physical exercise in the past 5 years due to a stroke . He really puts you at ease and does not judge you in anyway . First session today I feel amazing and so proud of myself . Wish we had found rich many years ago , if we had I would have never got to this stage when I can barely walk . From today onwards and upwards .

Feels fresh and alive every time. I have my favourites, of course, have to be quiet about those !!!! Rich’s attention is second to none, we work on what needs care and work. Fantastic !!!

Quite different this week. Routine flowing better, as we become more comfortable with it, and Rich always brings fresh exercises which keeps us on our toes, actually!!! I think we are starting to be stronger too, but it is more tiring!!! Love it !!!

Really excellent personal training. Even though it was only 30 minutes it felt as strong as a session at the gym. So much more comfortable and convenient. Rich is a great trainer, attentive in assessing our needs and great fun to work with. We were safely in the hands of a total professional and are looking forward to having more stamina and better balance in the months to come. A great experience, thank you Rich.
