I feel amazing after my 90 minute Thai balm massage. I’d had a lot of tension in my shoulders, and it’s completely gone now. Last week, when I visited Elena for my Reflexology session, she asked how I was? Unfortunately, I had some anxiety issues affecting my tummy is an awful feeling. Elena continued with my session and by the end I was feeling so much better.
