Maria, was great, I had a 1.5 treatment very much needed. Her assessment skills were brillant t in informing me what was causing me so such pain in my shoulder . I had cupping on my arms for the first time, it really worked n relieving some tension . Came to Holistic Rising with shoulder pain and painful lymph nodes under my armpits. Maria met me with polite professionalism and explained that she'd be focusing on my areas of pain. Throughout the session, Maria worked each part of my body, answering my miriad of questions and made me feel at ease instantly. The session was intense, but I left feeling a sense of release, the painful lymph nodes cleared and a sense of movement and release in my shoulders I hadn't experienced in months - amazing! Maria provided excellent after care and advised me on suitable next steps to look after myself.
