It was perfect from the start, the greeting and asking how you are, the simple manners, to talking the client through the haircut and consulting me on what products are good to use and will help and also pointing out a few things I nor my previous barber had spotted. A really nice experience, although I have had experience waxing before, I have never had a full body wax. I was slightly nervous with it being my first time😭 however I was made to feel very comfortable and it was honestly a really pleasant experience. The beautician communicated with me throughout the service, to ensure my comfort which really enhanced the experience. I’ve been to the beauty loft a few times and the service is honestly something that Cant be replaced by any other salon, its the only salon I can ever go to now, only took one eyebrow shaping session and now a loyal customer😂
