I visited went on the internet this morning to make an appointment with a Chiropractor. Parkstone Chiropractic came up, I lived close so opted for the practice. I booked at 8.20 and was seen for 10am. I felt listened to and plenty of care was made to ensure I understood not only my back issues but other medical reasons for my back pain. I have rebooked and shall continue to use this Practice for future chiropractic care. I can highly recommend this practice

My first session with Teresa was very helpful. I was having some lower back pain that was keeping me awake at night. This session helped pinpoint the reason for the pain. She did some adjustments that helped immediately. I have a followup session planned.

After recently pulling my back and now suffering with bad sciatica and being told by my GP that PT is upto a 32 week wait I decided to see a Chiropractor for help. Teresa has been looking after my back, neck etc. for several years. When I first started seeing her, I was in absolute agony. Teresa knew exactly what needed to be done and after several sessions my back was almost as good as new. She  is very attentive, professional, and excellent at what she does. Teresa goes above and beyond, requesting a last minute emergency appointment following waking up the same morning with a very stiff and sore neck and as I struggled through the day at work. I had messaged Teresa in the afternoon requesting if an emergency appointment could be made on the same day later after work which she was happy to accommodate me with. What a STAR 🌟 after manipulating my neck and getting it back to a reasonable working order I was able to get on the following day with ease. Thank you!

Back up and running

Sarit is by far the best chiropractor I have ever seen and there's been many over the years. So knowledgeable and thorough and he even gave me some stretches and exercises to prevent re-injury. I have managed about 6 months since my last treatment which is amazing.

Excellent consultation and treatment with Jason. The Sports Massage brought release and balance back to the tense musculoskeletal system. A significant difference between before and after treatment and a reminder of the importance of taking care of oneself!
