These guys are seriously good at what they do. Every time we visit they are professional, punctual and deliver the very best quality services! The centre is very clean. The treatments are of excellent quality. The treatments are also exceptional value for money. Having tried multiple treatments from deep tissue massages to reflexology through to tarot card readings, we can honestly say these guys are the best! Amazing appointment with Lisa, I booked for a 1 hour treatment massage and based on my issues she tailored a treatment including Cupping & Gua Sha aswell as a normal aromatherapy massage & I left feeling so much looser and lighter. Would definitely recommend!

I visited Kamila for the first time 3 weeks ago after suffering for a long time with restless/heavy legs. I've seen my GP and had numerous massages but nothing had worked. I booked in with Kamila as I was so fed up with the pain. After a consultation she advised I have 3 sessions with her and I honestly cannot believe the difference. She is lovely and so welcoming into her home, is very knowledgeable and always giving advice on how to manage symptoms day to day.. I would 100% recommend her and I would not go anywhere else now..

I run long distances and had been suffering for more than a year, with a hamstring and knee pain which would come and go. Previous " therapists" had told me it was probably sciatica.I visited Kamila for an assessment and treatment and she put me through a series of mobility tests.Straight away she reassured me it's not sciatica or hamstring tear. I've done 5-6 sessions with Kamila until last week. The improvement has been drastic and last Saturday I ran a 50 mile trail race, with absolutely no pain and no issues. I was training for this race for over a year and I'm greatful to Kamila.

I came to Lisa today for a pamper afternoon. Fresh gel nails, where Lisa used her artistic mind to come up with a beautiful design full of spring colours. A brow wax, all tidy again ready for weekends of socials and christenings. And a massage to sort out problems in my back and shoulders. The massage was another level, resulting in various massage techniques used, including gua sha and cupping treatments to fix my ailments - with an added drainage bonus for the head cold I am currently suffering with! I cannot wait to wake up tomorrow a new woman!

I started going to see Lisa due to pains in my joints and I didn't want to pop pain killers everyday. I've just finished my 2nd acupuncture treatment along with a back massage and cupping and I feel like a million dollars! Since my 1st treatment a few weeks ago, my joint pain is already less frequent and much less painful if it does flare up... Which is definitely progress. I no longer use pain killers for joint pain either. I highly recommend Lisa, she's truly amazing!

Today I had a pregnancy massage and it was just what I needed. I asked for medium to firm pressure as I get lots of knots in my back and neck and that's exactly what I got. It was relaxing but with the satisfaction of feeling the knots reducing. Thank you so much!

Kamila performs a thorough sports massage - it’s not relaxing, but the difference post treatment is worth every penny. She is passionate about her profession and always asks the right questions. This is my third visit and I will definitely be returning for maintenance purposes.
