My visit to Trepadora was the best haircut experience I’ve ever had! The salon is clean, calm and comfortable. Every member of staff I came across was so sweet and welcoming too. A huge thank you to Polina, who did a marvellous job with my hair and took care to explain each step to me so I can replicate the results at home. My new hair routine makes my curls last days before needing a refresh - I’m so thankful for the extra time this has given me in the morning. Will definitely be returning!

Poling was great. She explained every step that she was doing and answered all of my questions clearly. The curly girl method had been confusing me, but now it makes so much more sense to me. I had actually had a family bereavement on the day of my haircut and she was very sensitive. Mimi was also great when we discussed all of the products.

I was really looking forward to my visit & I wasn't disappointed. For me, it was an amazing experience, & one we should all be able to enjoy when we visit a hairdresser. I was made so welcome by the young and beautiful Mimi. Polina was the stylist looking after me, & she explained everything she was doing, what she was using & why. My haircut is beautiful, thank you Polina. I was initially a little concerned as I have tiny coils, but, Polina knows curls & has studied tiny curls specifically. If you're unsure, I would say please just go. You'll see. Thank you girls. I'll be back.

As always, I had a wonderful time at the Trepadora salon. The salon itself is lovely; very clean and inviting. Kasia (the stylist I saw today) was very friendly and very knowledgeable, which lead to a great experience and a lovely haircut! Everyone else I encountered - Polina and Mimi - were so warm and friendly too. Also nice to see the staff taking Covid precautions seriously too!
