I hadn't been for a haircut for 2 years, I'd previously had a bad experience somewhere else so I was very anxious about finding somewhere new. My mum recommended Katie so I booked in and I can honestly say it was an absolute pleasure. Katie calmed me straight away. She talks to you depth about what you want. I'm absolutely over the moon. I’ve been going to Phoebe for years, and every visit is an absolute pleasure. She always takes the time to ask about my girls (she’s done both of their hair for years too), which makes the experience feel so personal and genuine. Her hair advice is second to none—she really knows her stuff and always gives honest, helpful suggestions. I always leave feeling happy and loving my hair. It’s always a wonderful experience with Phoebe, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

A great haircut, in a calm and welcoming space. Joe listened carefully and made helpful suggestions based on his considerable professional knowledge and experience. I was really happy with the way my hair looked and felt. I'll definitely be recommending the salon to friends and family.

I took my 3 year old little girl in for a haircut and the service was fantastic from start to finish! Amy made my daughter feel so at ease and she had a smile on her face throughout. Amy also went out of her way to double check at every opportunity that it was being cut the way we wanted it, thank you so much! We will 100% be back again!

This was my first experience at this salon, it was an experience rather than just a haircut. The staff were welcoming, the environment was aesthetically pleasing! The hot drinks were delightful, bonus points. The aromatherapy, scalp massage and products used were all great. Lastly, I left feeling positive and excited for my future haircuts here!

I took my 1.5 year old daughter for her first haircut after reading all the positive reviews. Kayleigh was excellent with my little girl; she was very friendly, calm and took her time. Amy brought over an iPad so my daughter could watch Peppa Pig and feel even more relaxed. I’ll be taking my daughter back to Ventura for all of her haircuts in the future. Excellent service and brilliant price for a 30 min appointment. Would recommend to all.

Phobea is an amazing hairdresser and I really enjoyed coming to the new salon, I didn’t feel rushed with the wash or cut and time was taken to discuss my hair goals. I’m so happy with the colour it’s just what I wanted and haircut, Thank you again !
