Danielle has completely changed our little man’s view of getting his haircut, after the disaster we had with our very first experience at a supposed child specialist based in Letchworth. Danielle is not only a great hairdresser, but a genuinely beautiful person who made us feel like we were just seeing friends! From start to finish Danielle was amazing. My son felt so comfortable. He's not had a good haircut in about a year. He has just little trims near his eyes to stop the hair getting in his face. But he was that comfortable he left Danielle fade his hair and everything. Honestly I wanted to cry. Got home he went and showed all of his friends his hair. And he absolutely loves it. All night I was like my handsome boy!!! He loved the toys and the attention he got from Danielle. Making the whole experience not stressful for either of us. Thank you

As soon as I sit down Maria spends time asking which sections of my hair are working well for me and what’s not laying right or needs a change, she really listens. Her years of cutting experience and flexible approach results in a great haircut every time. The cute salon is a calm quiet and stress free place. Maria is kind & lovely person and I look forward to seeing her. Parking is free in Sainsburys opposite and is next to the bus stop from the town centre

After our very first hair cutting experience 18months ago with a supposed specialist from Letchworth, left both my son and I traumatised. My wife spent the last 2 years working our son’s confidence back up again, giving him home haircuts as much as we could. We finally got up the confidence to try going for another haircut attempt. As you can imagine, we were very apprehensive but we needn’t have been. Danielle was absolutely phenomenal. She was calm, playful, made everything a game and was able to give us the experience we should have had to start with! Thank you Danielle, we’re indebted!

Danielle was absolutely brilliant, she made my son at ease pretty much straight away and he is usually a shy child to warm up! It was his first haircut and he loved going in the car! So much so he didn’t want to leave! He actually enjoyed the experience and at the end even got a little bag of iced gems which he really loved! :) Danielle was also really helpful though in explaining the other ways she could cut his hair if he didn’t in fact want to go in the car! Defo going back when he needs another cut x
