Amazing service from Vanessa, as always. She has been my hairdresser for many years now, having previously never found a hairdresser that left me fully happy with my haircut, she was something of a revelation, and after the first cut I never looked back. She's very conscientious, listens to my needs and I end up with my hair looking exactly the way I imagined it. She's also a lovely, bubbly and friendly person, and her salon is gorgeous, and always fresh and clean. And the coffee is delicious! I look forward to many more years of first class service. The cut was good the stylist was frendly and competent of what i wanted and result a good haircut and blowdry. did find that the young lady who washed my hair did not take too much care water in my ears and the back of my head was ot washed properly maybe a lesson on how to wash hair and give a bit more attention to the client is needed.

Front of house very welcoming and offered a drink straight away. Had another great haircut and a curly finish. Never feel rushed at the Coven which is a bonus as left previous hair salon in town centre due to short appointment time/rushed service. If I could suggest an improvement it would be to update the hair washing basins as I do find them so uncomfortable (never had an issue at other salons).

My experience went very well the hairdresser was very professional and I am very happy with my highlights and haircut. A nice cup of tea too, thank you 😊.
