Keratin treatment is a game changer for anyone looking to have shiny sleek hair! I just love that my drying time is so quick now and barely have to use my straighteners. Amy did a fab job of my hair. Going 2 Charlene for a few different treatments over a couple of yrs I’d been put off by someone in West Lothian as felt rushed , unexplained, and for things like lips /cheeks etc he didn’t build your shape correctly by not catering for the shape of my face etc and I was not happy with the results. Gave Charlene a go and was such a positive experience , explained the products , after a couple of treatments like lips and Botox recommended skin booster under eye polynucleotide and other treatments that have really made a big subtle difference and u really do get the inner glow, 100% recommend

I was told I couldn't get a lighter shade as it wouldn't work in my dark hair etc I just feel they should check all this before, the time I booked my appointment i was asked what colour I wanted ? I said a medium brown and was told "that's fine" They should make u aware they will not be able to lighten already darker colour without bleaching etc another procedure which is extra cost they should check all this b4hand Or mayb even check at the time I went in for a patch test. Other than. That nice staff. Steph was nice professional . Friendly . No other issues . Treatment was good !
